attention to a paragraph kwaded "shipping Jotes" which

appbara en page 8 of this morning's Hongkong Daily Press.

The paragraph in qubation refers to a mishap to a Russian

Man of Tor and her future novenoRİB. It would seem to

have evaded censorskip. Although this information may be

public property in Japan it soona te m a pity that such a

paragraph should have been given publicity in a Britisk

kouspaper and osamot but leave an unfavourable impression

on our Russian Allies if it comes to their noties.
